About Job Profile

Admin and HR

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Associate with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic Human Resources team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to handling HR operations.
 

Primary Responsibilities include

1.HR Systems Management:

1.Oversee and manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
2.Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR technology solutions.
3.Generate and analyze HR reports for data-driven decision-making.


2.Onboarding and Offboarding:

1.Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
2.Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes, including documentation and compliance.


3. Employee Records and Documentation:

1.Maintain and update employee files, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
2.Manage document retention and disposal in accordance with HR guidelines.


4.Benefits Administration:

1.Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
2.Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and resolve issues promptly.HR Compliance:

3.Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure company-wide compliance.
4.Assist in the preparation of reports for audits and compliance reviews.


5. Employee Relations:

1.Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees.
2.Collaborate with HR Business Partners to address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution.


6. Training and Development:

1.Support HR initiatives related to employee training and development.
2.Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs
3.Process Improvement:
4.Identify opportunities for process improvements within HR operations.
5.Collaborate with the HR team to streamline and enhance existing processes.
 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

•Strong knowledge of HRIS and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
•Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
•Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
