At KEF, we believe that play-based learning activities conducted in a safe environment by a safe adult during early childhood is the best way to ensure long-lasting mind and body development for a child. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a technology-driven solution (The CLAP Project) to bring quality Early Childhood Education to children in socio-economically disadvantaged communities.

You will be responsible for creating content for our chatbot as well as worksheets. You will also create content for parents in the form of videos and design contextual activities for children. You will work closely with the Program teams and Technology partner to ensure timely completion of various tasks and contributing towards the improvement in the user experience.

Primary Responsibilities include

Design and develop content for the CLAP project by Key Education Foundation towards quality Early Childhood Education.
Research, create, review and deliver contextual activities, worksheets, videos,
audio-visuals etc aimed at key stakeholders in the project.
Create videos, workshops, session plans and other resources on a need basis towards parent engagement.
Work with interns and external vendors like graphic designers, and translators to ensure content is created and available on time
Stay updated on recent research and developments in ECE and EdTech solutions for ECE
Brainstorm and plan for improving onboarding and engagement on the platform.
Create digital flows for in-house WhatsApp Bot
Research & pilots – implement, generate reports

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Excellent written and spoken communication in English, Hindi or Kannada
Proficient in MS Office and GSuite
Skilled in recording and editing of audiovisuals
Skilled in creating content and writing Plans
Have worked on creating content for low tech solutions, for chatbots
