Assistants Team Leader provide support to executives and help overseeing business operations. Their role is to supervise the completion of assigned work, to handle paperwork, to take part in recruiting processes, and to generate reports.

Primary Responsibilities include

 

  • Conduct research to identify and pursue new opportunities to establish partnerships with NGOs, private hospitals, government agencies and entrepreneurs for Vision Access Programs.
  • Consistently follow up with existing and new partners to deliver the highest levels of customer service and engagement.
  • Grow and manage VAP’s network of implementation partners. Use your creativity to find new paths and expand existing ones.
  • Help Vision Access Programs to meet and surpass their monthly, quarterly, and annual eye screening targets by building execution capacity through new partnership.
  • Faithfully and accurately enter all activity— calls, conversations, meetings, WhatsApp and SMS texts, and other messages—into Salesforce, our customer relations management (CRM) system.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders and assure that we are building lasting partnerships.
  • Monitor Vision Access Programs pipeline in collaboration with new initiative, program and operation teams and proactively complete timely onboarding of Implementation Partners to achieve flawless execution.
  • Ensure selection, due diligence, on boarding process for new Implementation Partners.
  • Shortly after a partner’s first vision camp experience, follow-up to identify any concerns that need to be remediated, including TAT, Product, Compliance, payment etc.
  • Regularly follow up with partners for MOU (memorandum of understanding) submission and renewals by maintaining the tracker.
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to conduct Supportive Supervision Visit, Net Promoter Score data collection, identify shortcomings, review, and provide remediation.
  • Implementation Partner Lead will be assigned a specific channel management role as part of their responsibility to support the wider internal team in delivery of core functions.
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end onboarding of implementation partners in assigned geography.
  • Implementation Partner Led responsibility to work with the Head of the Marketing/Customer Success where applicable to maximize the look and feel of all execution camps and activity across all parts of the partner/customer journey to create a uniform experience through the line.
  • Maintain relationships with multi-regional partners to ensure effective and consistent presence across the country.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Strong concept selling skills, especially in the service, business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills in addressing client questions promptly, managing partners’ expectations, and resolving complaints.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, including strong presentation, proposal writing, and negotiation skills.
  • Must meet the highest standards of ethics and personal integrity.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, within India.
